At the heart of what we do is enabling organisations to serve communities better. We focus on supporting organisations to design and deliver services that are accessible and responsive to the needs of underrepresented groups, particularly people from racially marginalised communities. However, we recognise that other underrepresented groups face systematic disadvantages as well.
A key focus of our work is the advancement of refugees and other racially marginalised groups who experience multiple, often overlooked challenges. To address these challenges, we have developed specialised framework to enhance refugees’ access to services, improve health outcomes and socio-economic opportunities, and support long-term integration. While this framework was initially built for refugees, it is also highly adaptable to other marginalised groups facing similar barriers.
We collaborate with organisations across sectors to help them prepare to, co-design and deliver services that genuinely meet the needs of the people they serve. Many organisations are committed to making a difference but often struggle to realise their objectives. That’s where we come in.
We know that meaningful change starts from within. By refining internal processes, strengthening teams, and aligning service design with the unique needs of the people they serve, we help organisations move beyond a one-size-fits-all approach. We work collaboratively, bringing together insights from lived experiences, expertise, and strategic thinking to create services that are not just well-intended but well-executed.
The result: Services that make a genuine impact where it matters most, empowering organisations to meet their full potential and driving positive change in the communities they serve.

Organisations lack the expertise to design effective inclusive services, using one-size-fits-all programmes that fail to achieve their goals. Despite organisations offering training to retain volunteers, family commitments, and increases in unpaid hours, remain significant barriers to retaining volunteers. The lack of structured data undermines efforts, leaving vulnerable groups underserved and vital programmes at risk.
