Who We Are
Consult Integrated Solutions provides hands-on implementation support and specialist training for organisations working in refugee integration.
We don’t just advise – we build, delivering practical solutions drawn from lived experience and professional expertise. We work directly with organisations to establish refugee integration programmes from the ground up, and deliver training that builds their teams’ capacity to support refugees effectively.
Our approach is based on the Paving the Way framework, a comprehensive refugee integration model I developed. The framework includes MOSS (Move On Support Service), the housing component which was implemented with funding from a Greater Manchester local authority and piloted by the Home Office through their Refugee Transition Outcomes Fund.
What makes us different
We bring 10 years of refugee integration expertise, built on 30 years of professional experience supporting vulnerable communities.
Organisations often address surface-level barriers like language support, but miss deeper challenges: discrimination, intersectional factors, trauma, and the complexity of rebuilding lives in unwelcoming systems.
We bring cultural depth grounded in lived experience working with diverse refugee communities from the Middle East, North Africa, and across the African continent. This means programmes that understand the real barriers refugees face – and actually work in practice.
