Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) programmes take a “one-size-fits-all” approach, attempting to apply a universal solution to complex and varied needs. While well-intentioned, these programmes often fall short for several reasons.

Our approach to EDI is tailored and collaborative. We engage deeply with organisations and individuals with lived experiences to understand their unique contexts and needs. By co-designing solutions with those directly affected, we create EDI programmes that are culturally sensitive, inclusive, and adaptable, ensuring they have a meaningful and lasting impact.
