I founded Consult Integrated Solutions CIC because I’ve lived the challenges our communities face. Having personally navigated these systems alongside my professional work, I understand firsthand the barriers facing refugees, asylum seekers, and underrepresented communities.

My professional journey spans refugee homelessness prevention, children’s services strategic development, and multi-agency partnership coordination across local authorities in Greater Manchester and beyond. I’ve worked at the intersection of policy and practice, from frontline delivery to strategic commissioning giving me unique insight into what works and what doesn’t.

What drives me is the gap between policy rooms and community voices. Too often, those most affected by decisions aren’t in the room when those decisions are made. I bridge that gap by bringing lived experience into strategic spaces and making sure community voices are heard where it matters.

I bring professional expertise combined with human compassion and understanding that goes beyond technical knowledge to genuine care for people’s wellbeing. It’s about holistic support: not just housing or services, but the full spectrum of what people need to build good lives, employment, education, health, and belonging. My commitment is to wider systemic change, not just immediate fixes.
