2. Implementation We build the programme with you from the ground up, working hands-on
through pilot phases and launch.

What this includes:

• Training your staff teams
• Building culturally competent systems where understanding of discrimination and intersectional barriers is embedded throughout
• Setting up monitoring and feedback systems
• Troubleshooting challenges as they arise
• Regular check-ins and adjustments

3. Sustainability We build your capacity to deliver culturally competent support independently after we step back.

What this includes:

• Creating resources and toolkits your team can use
• Building your organisational capacity
• Embedding learning and continuous improvement
• Knowledge transfer so you’re not dependent on us

How You Can Work With Us

Programme Implementation Support

We work with you to co-design, implement, and sustain refugee integration programmes.

Typical engagement: 3-12 months working alongside your team to build and embed a
programme from the ground up.

Best for: Organisations implementing new refugee integration programmes or strengthening existing services.

Training & Capacity Building

We deliver workshops and training to build your team’s skills and confidence.

Typical engagement: Half-day to multi-day training workshops on refugee integration,
trauma-informed practice, housing support coordination.

Best for: Organisations who need their teams trained on refugee support, or want to build internal capability.
